Here Comes the Sun

Music. What is it? I keep wondering.
This is Ursula Le Guin, Always Coming Home:

“When I hit the drum like this
I think the sound
was there from the beginning,
and everything has gone to make that sound,
...

I could change the word drum with chord but the idea remains the same.

It's simple (the hidden order that keeps the sounds we hear together), it speaks to all of us (somehow in our brain)

I see the ice is slowly melting
It’s been a long cold lonely winter
It seems like years since it’s been here

G
Here comes the sun (du dn du du)
C A7
Here comes the sun
And I say
It’s alright

G
Little darling
C D7
It’s been a long cold lonely winter
Little darling
It seems like years since it’s been here

Ths is JJK in YouTube. He shows how melting ice is done! Watch his fingers and see the simple order.
